This breakfast bowl has been my go to lately for a filling, protein packed, low(ish) carb breakfast.
The basic formula for a delicious breakfast bowl:
A spoonful of…
- plain greek yogurt (or a dairy-free substitute)
- almond butter
- hemp seeds
- peanut butter granola
- fruit/berries (blackberries are my favorite, since they are ranked the highest for antioxidant power)
That’s all! So good for you and so quick to throw together when you’re rushing in the morning (or have a baby at your feet fussing to be held, haha).
